Idle Rail Cars Spoil View On Scenic River In Colo. (CBS4 Denver)

River rafters are unhappy about a 3-mile-long string of grafitti-sprayed railroad cars parked along the scenic Arkansas River in Colorado. The cars belong to the Union Pacific Corp., which says it has 71,000 of them in storage nationwide because the recession has reduced freight traffic.
